Humanist Forlag AS ble stiftet i 1995. Hovedaksjonærer er Human-Etisk Forbund og Mater AS. Utgivelsene er først og fremst sakprosa innen populærvitenskap, debatt, dokumentar, religion, historie og menneskerettigheter.
